Just pull the battery if you formated then you wiped your system and have to restore a backup

I had the same issue on a PC with Windows XP, I ended up having to use a Vista PC and it was able to recognize the phone and installed a driver from the online search. After that I was able to get in through fastboot and load the recovery.

I followed the directions at this post here.

http://heartheecho.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/show/6684458-echo-cwm-recovery-updated-12-20-to-v2-0-

That will get you into the recovery mode.

Then you need to follow the directions here to load the actual OS back into the phone.

http://heartheecho.webs.com/apps/forums/topics/show/6767426-gingerbread-nandroid-backup

You download that file, unzip it and put the entire directory onto your micro SD card then boot the phone while holding the up vol button and power button until the status LED turns orange, plug the phone into your PC that recognizes it then follow the directions from the first post. Once you get into the recovery console you do a restore from the file that you loaded on your micro SD card.
